    摘要:

    為評估有關環境污染物造成野生海馬(Hippocampus)的攝食安全性風險。2017—2019年在中國沿海各地分別采集了日本海馬(Hippocampus japonicus)、三斑海馬(H. trimaculatus)和大海馬(H.kuda),采用ICP-MS法測定海馬中的銅(Cu)、鎘(Cd)、鉛(Pb)、汞(Hg)和鉻(Cr)等重金屬含量,通過高效液相色譜法測定苯并芘含量,并分析海馬腸道中的微塑料顆粒密度。利用目標危害指數(Target hazard quotients, THQs)和SV值(Screening value)評價這些環境污染物在海馬體內蓄積對其食用安全影響。結果表明,中國野生海馬中重金屬的含量和類型與海馬種類以及海馬來源存在密切聯系。根據《中華人民共和國藥典》(2015年版)和GB 2762—2022《食品安全國家標準食品中污染物限量》判斷,所有海馬樣本均未受到Cu和Hg的污染,但遭受Cd、Cr和Pb的嚴重污染。就海馬種類而言,大海馬幾乎未受到重金屬和苯并芘的污染,日本海馬遭受Pb、Cd和Cr的污染,三斑海馬受到Cd、Cr、Pb和苯并芘的污染。經食用安全風險評估,除威海產地的日本海馬外,其他產地海馬體內的重金屬和苯并芘的THQs均小于1.0;所有海馬體內苯并芘的SV值均低于10-5。這表明,現階段攝入中國沿海野生海馬的潛在健康安全風險較小。[中國漁業質量與標準,2023,13(3):09-17]

    Abstract:

    To assess the edible safety risks of environmental pollutants in wild seahorses, 3 wild seahorses (Hippocampus japonicus, H. trimaculatus and H. kuda) were collected along the coastal sea of China from 2017 to 2019. The contents of heavy metals such as Cu, Cd, Pb, Hg, Cr in the seahorses were determined by ICP-MS, and the contents of benzopyrene were measured by HPLC. The density of microplastics particles in seahorse's intestine was analyzed. Target hazard indicators (THQs) and SV (Screening value) were used to evaluate the potential food safety hazards of these environmental pollutants accumulated in the hippocampus. The results showed that the contents and types of heavy metals in wild seahorses in Chinese coastal sea were closely related to the species and sampling sites. According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition) and Chinese Aquatic Product Standard (GB 2762—2022), all seahorse samples were not polluted by Cu and Hg, but were seriously polluted by Pb, Cd and Cr. As far as the seahorse speices was concerned, H. kuda was almost not polluted by heavy metals and benzopyrene.H. japonicus was polluted by Pb, Cd and Cr. H. trimaculatus was polluted by Cd, Cr and benzopyrene. From the perspective of food safety risk, except for H. japonicus from Weihai, Shandong Province, the THQs values of heavy metals and benzopyrene in all seahorse samples were less than 1.0. The contents of benzopyrene in the three wild seahorses were lower than the SV value of 10-5. These indicated that the potential health and safety risks of ingesting wild seahorses from China were low at present.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards, 2023, 13(3): 09-17]
