Semi-quantitative risk assessments of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from seafood in the coastal cities of China

    摘要:調查了我國沿海城市貝類中副溶血性弧菌的污染情況,收集了我國近幾年來海產品(魚類、蝦蟹類和貝類)中副溶血性弧菌的污染狀況數據,利用“Risk Ranger”軟件對海產品中的副溶血性弧菌進行了半定量風險評估,并對不同海產品中副溶血性弧菌的風險進行了分級。結果顯示魚類、蝦蟹類和貝類中副溶血性弧菌的風險評分結果分別為48、4959,顯示魚類為中度風險,蝦類和貝類為高度風險,且貝類中副溶血性弧菌的風險明顯高于其他2種產品。結果表明,在資源有限的情況下,可以優先開展貝類中副溶血性弧菌的定量風險評估。[中國漁業質量與標準,2012,2 (4):33-38]。

    Abstract:

    AbstractSemi-quantitative risk assessments of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from different seafood were carried out by Risk Ranger software. The data used in semi-quantitative risk assessments were acquired from investigations of V. parahaemolyticus in shellfish. In addition, papers on the contamination status of V. parahaemolyticus from seafood including fish, crustaceans and shellfish were also used as reference. The risk rank values of V. parahaemolyticus in fish, crustaceans and shellfish were 48, 49 and 59, respectively. The risk level of V. parahaemolyticus in fish was moderate   while the risk level of V. parahaemolyticus in crustaceans and shellfish were both high , and the risk level in shellfish was significantly higher than that in fish or crustaceans. The results indicated that quantitative risk assessment of V. parahaemolyticus from shellfish should be given priority  under the circumstance of limited resources.
